Application Methods and Materials
Heat Transfer Vinyl (For use on Apparel and Linens)
The design is machine cut for a smooth finish before being applied with a professional heat press to ensure regulated temperature and pressure. This method along with the premium, professional grade heat transfer vinyl that we use means your new item will have it's longest life.
Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing (For use on Apparel and Linens)
Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the item with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.
**Note: DTG Printing requires a pre-treating method which can cause your product to arrive with a slight vinegar smell. This is completely normal and will disappear with the first wash.**
Screen Printing a.k.a Silk Screening (For use on Apparel and Linens)
We off screen printing only on bulk orders of 24 or more items. Screen printing is the best option for designs that require a high level of vibrancy, when printing on dark shirts, or for specialty products. The ink in screen printing is applied thicker than digital printing, which results in brighter colors even on darker shirts.
Sublimation (For use on Apparel, accessories and a variety of other items)
Sublimation is the process of printing a special sublimation ink onto special sublimation transfer paper using a sublimation printing technique. Instead of traditional inkjet transfers which print ink on top of the shirt or item you’re working with, sublimation ink actually becomes a part of the substrate you’re printing on.
Adhesive Vinyl (For use as window decals, or as decoration on drinkware, glass blocks and a variety of other non-apparel gifts)
Our adhesive vinyl has a permanent adhesive and a glossy finish. This vinyl can be used in many applications including windows, car decals, signs, stencils, scrapbooking or any permanent application. It can be used indoors but is water proof and weather resistant making it the ideal vinyl choice for outdoor applications as well.
